Before starting any translation, our project manager will meet with the client’s representative to discuss the scope of the project so that we can deliver a English or Spanish translation that completely meets our client’s needs and objectives. This assessment will enable us to ask and learn about the:

§ Purpose of the document,
§ Required regional variation,
§ Tone of the document,
§ Required format,
§ Number of words needed for translation,
§ Deadline, etc.
o Glossary Development
To make sure all jobs for the same client show a consistent terminology and message, we prepare and keep a specific glossary per client.
Occasionally, some clients may choose to hand us their internal glossary or actively take part in the selection or approval of terminology.
o Translation
Based on the target Spanish-speaking market and type of document, the translation is assigned to the native linguist who is the most qualified to do the job.
o Quality Assurance
To guarantee a final product of the highest quality, every translation is reviewed by an experienced editor who makes sure concepts and nuances have been accurately translated.
The editor will ensure that the text is not only error free (in terms of grammar, syntax, punctuation, spelling, style, etc.), but that it has coherence, and, ultimately, reads as it were crafted in the target language and for the target audience. We thank you in advance for your business!
